The Merlin By Innkeeper's Collection is a convenient option for those looking to stay near Manchester airport. It is extremely close to the airport and just outside the center of Alderley Edge. the hotel is not far from the train station, making it easily accessible for travelers. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice big beds. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the hotel also offers a good value restaurant with a nice atmosphere, although we didn't have a chance to try it.
Some guests have reported noise issues, especially for families with young children. the noise from the bar and restaurant can be disruptive, making it difficult for kids to sleep.

Our stay here was pleasant overnight, good choice for exploring Alderley Edge. The restaurant was lovely in its bar and restaurant, it had tasty dishes. We really enjoyed this stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location, just off the dual carriageway, was really convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and well-equipped with ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, making me feel instantly welcomed. The service from the staff was exceptional, warm, and friendly. The garden area was beautiful and a great place to relax and unwind. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV in the room, providing entertainment during my stay.
I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. The hotel offers top-notch service and excellent amenities, making for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay.
